This document describes the management mode of this site, about personal data treatment of the users. This notice is also in art. 13 of D. Electronic Sound Solutions S.r.l ensures compliance with legislation on the protection of personal data (D.Lgs 19603). Users are requested to read carefully this Privacy Policy before sending any personal information and/or filling in any electronic form posted on this website.
Types of personal data and purpose of treatment:

1) Navigation data
Computer systems and software procedures for running this web site acquire, during normal operation, some personal data that are later sent implicitly through the Internet communication protocols. This is information that could, by associating and processing them with data held by third parties, allow the identification of the users (eg. IP addresses, computers domain names used by users that connect to the site, etc..). Data are used only for statistic purposes (therefore in anonymous mode) and to check the proper functioning of the site and are deleted immediately after processing. The data on web contacts are not stored for more than seven days, subject to any investigation of crimes against the site. No data from the web service will be communicated or disseminated.

2) Data provided voluntarily by users.
If users, connecting to this site, send personal data to access certain services, or to make requests through e-mail, this means the acquisition by Electronic Sound Solutions Srl address of the sender and / or any other personal data that will be used exclusively to fulfill the request, or to provide the service. Personal data provided by users will be provided to third parties only where such disclosure is necessary to fulfill the user requests.

3) Cookies
There is not any use of cookies for the transmission of personal information, nor are used c.d. persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracing users. The use of c.d. session cookies (which are not stored on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable a safe and efficient website. C.d. session cookies used on this site avoid using other techniques potentially prejudicial for the confidentiality of navigation and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data of the user.

Data treatment. Mode of treatment

They are persons in charge, under the direct authority of the data processor responsible.

Subjects' rights
Personal data subjects, have the right, int any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence of the data and to know its origin, to check the accuracy or the treatment, or the rectification (art. 7 of D. Lgs 19603). Under the same Article, shall have the right to request cancellation, transformation to anonymization or blocking of data treated in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their treatment.
